Description:


The device adopts molecular sieve adsorption at room temperature, and medium-pressure pressurized expansion and reflux. The original air is sucked from the atmosphere, and it passes through a filter to remove dust and mechanical impurities. , And then compressed to a certain extent by a single-stage screw compressor, and cooled to approximately approx. through the final cooler and air pre-cooling system. 8°C. After the water is separated, the water is separated in the water separator, and then enters the purifier to remove water, CO2, C2H2 and hydrogen dioxide. Then most of the air enters the main heat exchanger and is cooled to saturation temperature. Part of the air is liquefied to the lower part of the lower tower; the other part of the air is compressed to a certain extent by the two-stage compression supercharger, and then enters the oxygen heat exchanger through the final cooler to be cooled to close to the saturation temperature, and enters the lower tower after throttling. Through pre-distillation at the bottom of the tower, we can get oxygen-rich liquid air from the bottom of the tower. After being cooled by the sub-cooler, it will enter the middle of the upper tower as reflux liquid after throttling for rectification. WN comes from the top of the lower tower. After being condensed by the condensing evaporator, a part of WN is used as the rectification reflux liquid of the lower column; the other part is cooled by the cooler and enters the top of the upper column as rectification reflux after throttling. Pure liquid oxygen is obtained from the bottom of the upper tower and is condensed by the condenser-evaporator. The liquid oxygen is cooled by the sub-cooler and then drawn out from the bottom, and then enters the liquid oxygen pump for pressure. It evaporates in the O2 heat exchanger and is reheated to normal temperature. WN passes through the sub-cooler from the top of the upper tower, and the lower part of the main heat exchanger is heated to a certain temperature. Then it enters the expansion turbine to generate cold, and then returns to the sub-cooler and main heat exchanger to reheat to normal temperature. One part enters the purifier as a regeneration gas source, and the other part is discharged.
